Is a robotaxi ride guaranteed?
No. The listing promise is “robotaxi experience when operational; equivalent future-mobility experience if unavailable.”
Is lunch included?
Yes, within a fixed allowance of ¥80 per guest. Extra spending is paid directly by the guest.
Do we have a private car?
The launch itinerary uses metro plus two ride-hail segments. A private vehicle can be quoted as an upgrade.
What are the cancellation terms?
Cancel more than 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Later cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable. Severe weather, government restrictions or full operating closure qualify for rescheduling or refund.
