Our role

China Unboxed is a coordination and concierge service: we arrange personal host days and selected experiences, but we do not ourselves operate the venues, clinics, vessels, vehicles or other licensed local provider services.

Website information

Content describes possible arrangements and helps travelers plan. It is general information, not immigration, legal, medical, product-authentication, sourcing, investment or safety advice. Entry rules, operating hours, provider prices and public technology services can change.

Inquiries are not bookings

Submitting a form, receiving an automated acknowledgment or discussing a sample plan does not reserve a host, vehicle, venue, appointment or date. Availability and scope must be confirmed in writing.

Contract and delivery

You contract with our operating company and receive an itemized written proposal before any payment. Every experience is delivered by licensed local providers. The proposal identifies the applicable services, prices and provider terms.

Prices

Personal host & concierge from $199/day (up to 8 hours). Experiences are quoted individually, arranged at provider prices. Currency conversion, payment-provider charges and supplier price changes are not final until included in the written proposal.

Health assistance

Health-related services are limited to assistance with appointments and accompaniment, including public hospitals' international departments. We are a coordination service, not a medical provider. Clinical decisions rest entirely with the hospital.

Conditional experiences

Robotaxi & Future Mobility is offered only when operational and subject to platform requirements. Other operating experiences can also change. Any substitution, rescheduling or refund treatment follows the written terms for that item.

Enterprise and factory access

Factory & Supply-Chain Visit is arranged case-by-case, confirmed in writing. No company headquarters, factory, laboratory or restricted-area visit is included unless confirmed for the specific arrangement.

Guest responsibilities

Guests must provide accurate information, hold valid travel documents, meet entry and provider requirements, arrive at confirmed times, follow reasonable safety instructions and disclose relevant dietary, mobility or health coordination needs. Guests remain responsible for personal purchases and for assessing product quality.

Changes and cancellation

The Cancellation Policy, itemized proposal, booking confirmation and provider-specific terms apply. A host day can be cancelled at least 48 hours before its scheduled start without charge; each experience follows the provider policy stated in writing.

Content and brand

Unless otherwise stated, China Unboxed website copy, sample-plan design and brand materials may not be republished commercially without permission. Third-party names may be used descriptively and do not imply endorsement.

Liability and emergencies

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Safety or service incidents should be reported immediately to the host and the licensed local provider responsible for the arrangement. Website contact is not an emergency service.
