What the host day covers — and what is separate
Personal host & concierge from $199/day (up to 8 hours). The host day covers your host's time, trip planning, translation, sightseeing photography with your phone or camera, arrival setup, and booking management; the host's own local transport and meals are covered by the host fee. Your first hosted day automatically includes airport-arrival greeting at the arrivals exit and setup assistance. Any arrival vehicle is quoted separately at the provider's actual price. Hotels, intercity rail or flights, attraction tickets, guest meals, guest local transport, private vehicles and transfers, experience-provider charges, eSIM plans, transit-card value, and the RMB cash float are arranged on request, listed separately in your written proposal, and passed through at actual provider cost with zero markup. Experiences are quoted individually, arranged at provider prices.

Your arrival questions
Is the airport greeting included?
Yes. Greeting at the arrivals exit and setup assistance are included in your first hosted day, with no separate greeting fee.
Is the transfer vehicle included?
No. If you want a vehicle, it is delivered by the provider and quoted separately at the provider's actual price with zero markup.
Can you guarantee payment-app activation?
No. Activation and identity verification depend on your device, account, bank card and the payment platform's rules. Your host prepares and tests the setup with you but cannot override a third party's decision.
What if my flight is delayed?
Your host watches live arrival information and coordinates around the updated time. If the delay requires a change to the agreed host time, that change is confirmed with you in writing.
Can I opt out?
Yes. You can opt out in writing or choose another meeting point. The arrival service is part of the first hosted day and opting out does not create a cash credit.
