Information we collect

The Create My Trip form asks for your full name, email, optional WhatsApp contact, destinations, travel dates, guest count, optional experience interests and optional free-text details. It also records your consent to this policy.

If you proceed, our operating company or a licensed local provider may separately request identity, emergency contact, payment or service-specific information needed to contract for and deliver an arrangement. Their privacy terms may also apply.

Why we use it

We use inquiry data to acknowledge and review your request, identify missing details, coordinate feasibility and provider availability, prepare an itemized proposal, answer follow-up questions and prevent abuse.

Human review and automation

Automation may create an inquiry summary and draft suggestions. A human reviews custom proposals. Automation is not authorized to confirm inventory, final provider prices, factory access, robotaxi operation, clinical availability or a refund decision.

Who receives it

We share relevant information with our operating company, your assigned host and licensed local providers only as needed to quote, coordinate or deliver the requested services. We may also use hosting, email, anti-spam, analytics and customer-record service providers acting on our behalf. We do not sell inquiry data.

Health-related requests

If you ask for assistance with appointments or accompaniment, share only information needed to coordinate the request. Relevant details may be shared with the hospital or provider you approve. We are a coordination service, not a medical provider. Clinical decisions rest entirely with the hospital.

Storage and security

Form submissions may be stored in a server-side inquiry log and sent to the planning inbox. Access should be limited to people supporting the request. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, but we use reasonable technical and organizational measures.

Retention

We keep inquiry data only as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain service records, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. Our operating company and licensed local providers may retain transaction records under their own legal duties.

Marketing

Submitting a trip inquiry does not by itself subscribe you to promotional email. The newsletter uses a separate form and should include an unsubscribe method.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct or delete information held by China Unboxed, subject to legal, safety and transaction-record requirements. Contact hello@dingboai.com. We may need to verify the requester's identity.

International travel services

Because you may live outside China while hosts and licensed local providers deliver services in China, information may be processed in more than one jurisdiction. We share only what is relevant to the requested arrangement.

Changes

We may update this policy as the service and its providers change. The page will show its latest update date.
