FAQ

Before the walk

Will I be pressured to buy anything?

No. Guides receive no merchant commission, and purchases are entirely optional.

Does the tour enter SEG specifically?

We use selected electronics markets based on current access and opening conditions; a particular building or floor is not guaranteed.

What if it rains?

The tour normally runs because most stops are indoors. Bring suitable protection for the walks between buildings.

Can you authenticate a product?

No. We explain categories and risks but do not provide product testing, authentication or after-sales service.
